Requirements

  • 8+ years of marketing experience in brand, field, local marketing, partnerships, PR, or openings.
  • Proven experience building marketing programs for physical locations, ideally multi-unit/market.
  • Experience managing launch campaigns, openings, events, activations, partnerships, or PR.
  • Excellent project management skills and ability to lead multiple workstreams.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong creative instincts for generating attention and local relevance.
  • Analytical mindset for performance measurement and data-driven programming.
  • Prior experience in multi-unit hospitality, entertainment, restaurant, retail, or consumer experiential brands.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and building structure.
  • Team-first mentality.

Responsibilities

  • Build and own the seasonal and tentpole campaign strategy.
  • Manage execution at the venue level while ensuring deployment across channels.
  • Serve as a liaison with the organization for new features and brand moments.
  • Lead local marketing strategy and create playbooks/programs for venues.
  • Partner with Operations and venue leaders to ensure data-driven, practical efforts.
  • Lead marketing and PR for new venue openings.
  • Build repeatable opening playbooks for market entry and community engagement.
  • Partner with culinary, beverage, and craft partners to maximize restaurant relationships.
  • Lead PR strategy, including messaging and media materials.
  • Identify and manage brand partnerships.
