Requirements
- 8+ years of marketing experience in brand, field, local marketing, partnerships, PR, or openings.
- Proven experience building marketing programs for physical locations, ideally multi-unit/market.
- Experience managing launch campaigns, openings, events, activations, partnerships, or PR.
- Excellent project management skills and ability to lead multiple workstreams.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong creative instincts for generating attention and local relevance.
- Analytical mindset for performance measurement and data-driven programming.
- Prior experience in multi-unit hospitality, entertainment, restaurant, retail, or consumer experiential brands.
- Comfort with ambiguity and building structure.
- Team-first mentality.
Responsibilities
- Build and own the seasonal and tentpole campaign strategy.
- Manage execution at the venue level while ensuring deployment across channels.
- Serve as a liaison with the organization for new features and brand moments.
- Lead local marketing strategy and create playbooks/programs for venues.
- Partner with Operations and venue leaders to ensure data-driven, practical efforts.
- Lead marketing and PR for new venue openings.
- Build repeatable opening playbooks for market entry and community engagement.
- Partner with culinary, beverage, and craft partners to maximize restaurant relationships.
- Lead PR strategy, including messaging and media materials.
- Identify and manage brand partnerships.
