Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 2–5 years of experience managing cross-functional projects in technology, consulting, or Professional Services
- Minimum of 3 years of Technical Implementation experience
- Minimum of 2 years of mortgage industry experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience with Mortgage Cadence Loan Origination System applications
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid)
- Proficiency with project tracking tools (Smartsheet, Jira, ADO)
- Minimum of 2 years experience with visual diagraming tools (Visio, Blueworks, Lucid Chart)
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in all MS applications
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and organizational skills
Responsibilities
- Provide strategic and organizational direction for solutions during prospecting, contract negotiation, and delivery planning.
- Oversee the solution planning process across multiple clients.
- Leverage insights from sales, product, and implementation teams to improve solution planning.
- Manage a team of Solution Analysts when demand dictates.
- Develop relationships with Sales, Sales Engineering, Delivery, and Product teams.
- Propose and create technical solutions and process improvements.
- Meet with clients and prospects for requirements and solution clarifications.
- Participate in the estimation/RTM process.
- Collaborate with Professional Services AI Lab on AI initiatives.
