Requirements
- 3-5 years of online marketing, e-commerce, or affiliate marketing experience.
- Direct affiliate marketing experience (agency, in-house, or network).
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- Genuine interest in and hands-on experience with AI tools.
- Ability to travel up to 20%.
- Proficiency in Excel and data analysis.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Resilient, flexible, and proactive mindset.
Responsibilities
- Cultivate strong client relationships and deliver high-quality outputs.
- Lead discussions on partnership opportunities using data insights.
- Manage day-to-day campaign execution.
- Analyze performance data to generate actionable insights and forecast trends.
- Present data-driven recommendations to align with client KPIs.
- Nurture key partner relationships and discover new partners via industry events.
- Execute affiliate marketing strategies and monitor portfolio performance.
- Mentor Associate Account Managers and delegate tasks effectively.
