Requirements
- 5+ years of radiation oncology sales experience.
- 3+ years of sales leadership or sales team management experience across multiple EMEA countries.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, Radiation Therapy, Medical Physics, or a related field.
- Experience managing both direct and distributor-led sales models.
- Experience leading remote teams across multiple countries and cultures.
- Experience selling through public-sector procurement processes.
- Experience selling into national health systems, academic medical centers, or large healthcare networks.
- Proficiency with CRM software and analytics; Salesforce preferred.
- Fluency in English.
- Ability to travel throughout EMEA approximately 40–60%.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the commercial strategy for EMEA, including market prioritization, territory planning, channel strategy, and resource allocation.
- Own bookings, pipeline generation, forecast accuracy, and revenue growth throughout the EMEA region.
- Collaborate with our Channel Manager to optimize distributor performance across EMEA.
- Recruit, develop, and manage Regional Account Managers and Clinical Sales Specialists.
- Manage direct sales activities in markets not covered by distributor partnerships.
- Develop relationships with key opinion leaders, strategic reference sites, and leading academic institutions.
- Coordinate with Regulatory Affairs on market clearance activities and regional expansion priorities.
- Travel throughout EMEA to support customers, distributors, conferences, and business development initiatives.
