Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in event management, tradeshow coordination, or field marketing.
- Proven experience managing six-figure event budgets.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
- Experience with end-to-end tradeshow logistics including vendor contracting and on-site ops.
- Strong cross-functional communication skills.
- Brand sensibility with an eye for design and activations.
- Familiarity with event metrics, lead capture, and pipeline reporting.
- Ability to learn tools like Webflow, HubSpot, Canva, Google Sheets, and Notion.
- Ability to travel 30-40% of the time, including weekends.
Responsibilities
- Manage a six-figure annual tradeshow budget across booth fees, swag, and logistics.
- Maintain event playbooks, SOPs, and operational documentation.
- Own full lifecycle of tradeshow program including shipping, inventory, and vendor management.
- Coordinate booth staffing with sales teams.
- Manage tradeshow-adjacent community events like happy hours and receptions.
- Partner with Product Marketing and Partnerships to execute webinars.
- Own lead capture processes and ensure timely post-show follow-up.
- Communicate event performance and risks to senior stakeholders.
