Requirements

  • 5–7 years of federal or healthcare revenue cycle experience.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data collection and synthesizing findings.
  • Working knowledge of healthcare revenue cycle including billing and collections.
  • Experience supporting program or project operations.
  • Experience coordinating across multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities under tight timeframes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio, Project).
  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct research, data collection, and analysis to inform program planning and standardization.
  • Coordinate program activities across the team, DHA stakeholders, and the PAT.
  • Assemble, format, and quality-check program deliverables, including plans and briefings.
  • Prepare agendas, materials, and meeting notes for the PAT.
  • Maintain program documentation including schedules, trackers, and SOPs.
  • Draft communications, status updates, and presentation slides.
  • Track and report on performance data and KPIs.
  • Schedule meetings and document client communications.
  • Monitor and escalate risks, issues, and action items.
