Requirements
- 7+ years of healthcare revenue cycle policy, compliance, or operations experience.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare revenue cycle functions.
- Demonstrated experience developing SOPs, internal controls, and policy documentation.
- Experience designing or assessing internal controls for audit readiness.
- Knowledge of federal healthcare compliance and regulatory requirements.
- Knowledge of federal and DoD policy development.
- Strong analytical, gap analysis, and recommendation-writing skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to lead policy workstreams and manage competing priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).
- Bachelor's degree required.
Responsibilities
- Develop enterprise SOPs and workflows for back-end revenue cycle operations.
- Design internal control mechanisms and compliance checklists.
- Lead policy development, updates, and reconciliation for DHA UBO.
- Define policy, procedure, and control requirements.
- Ensure alignment with federal financial statement audit requirements.
- Conduct gap analysis and recommend standardized policy updates.
- Document accountability across enterprise and shared-service levels.
- Facilitate stakeholder review and approval cycles.
- Produce policy documentation and briefings for senior leadership.
- Provide expert guidance to program team and junior analysts.
