Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in payments, fintech, or financial services.
- Strong experience with payment systems, PSPs, acquiring, card payments, and alternative payment methods.
- Experience working with international payment flows and multiple markets.
- Experience negotiating and managing payment providers and commercial terms.
- Strong understanding of payment metrics, economics, and optimization.
- Experience with payment operations, reconciliation, settlements, and disputes.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking.
- English B2/C1 proficiency.
Responsibilities
- Define and own GoMining’s global payment strategy.
- Build a scalable payments infrastructure across multiple markets and payment methods.
- Optimize the balance between conversion, cost, risk, and user experience.
- Source, negotiate, and manage relationships with PSPs, acquirers, banks, crypto processors, and alternative payment providers.
- Monitor and improve key payment metrics: approval rate, decline rate, chargebacks, and conversion.
- Own crypto payment flows, integrations, and ensure seamless interaction between fiat and crypto infrastructure.
- Partner with legal and compliance teams on KYC, AML, PCI DSS, and fraud prevention.
