Requirements
- 5–7 years of experience in social media marketing, content strategy, or digital brand roles
- Proven ability to design and execute multi-platform social media strategies
- Strong copywriting and storytelling skills
- Experience creating content across formats, including video and on-camera presentations
- Proficiency with social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Insights, Google Analytics)
- Strong analytical mindset
- Deep familiarity with AI tools
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Strong awareness of industry trends, cultural moments, and competitive positioning in tech and AI spaces
Responsibilities
- Design and lead an overarching social media strategy with differentiated approaches for each platform
- Define content frameworks, voice, cadence, and platform investment strategy
- Create, schedule, and publish high-quality content across formats, including copy, video, and visual storytelling assets
- Own the social content calendar end-to-end, ensuring alignment with product launches, campaigns, and cultural moments
- Build and optimize AI-driven workflows and agentic systems to improve efficiency
- Translate insights from analytics, trends, and internal stakeholders into scalable content pillars
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, creative, events, and external partners
- Engage actively with communities and manage audience interactions
- Track, analyze, and optimize key performance metrics across platforms
- A/B test content formats, messaging, and distribution strategies
