Requirements

  • 5–7 years of experience in social media marketing, content strategy, or digital brand roles
  • Proven ability to design and execute multi-platform social media strategies
  • Strong copywriting and storytelling skills
  • Experience creating content across formats, including video and on-camera presentations
  • Proficiency with social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Insights, Google Analytics)
  • Strong analytical mindset
  • Deep familiarity with AI tools
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Strong awareness of industry trends, cultural moments, and competitive positioning in tech and AI spaces

Responsibilities

  • Design and lead an overarching social media strategy with differentiated approaches for each platform
  • Define content frameworks, voice, cadence, and platform investment strategy
  • Create, schedule, and publish high-quality content across formats, including copy, video, and visual storytelling assets
  • Own the social content calendar end-to-end, ensuring alignment with product launches, campaigns, and cultural moments
  • Build and optimize AI-driven workflows and agentic systems to improve efficiency
  • Translate insights from analytics, trends, and internal stakeholders into scalable content pillars
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, creative, events, and external partners
  • Engage actively with communities and manage audience interactions
  • Track, analyze, and optimize key performance metrics across platforms
  • A/B test content formats, messaging, and distribution strategies
