Requirements

  • 4-7 years experience with tradeshow logistics, vendors, and on-site execution.
  • Strong understanding of event tech/AV setups; able to troubleshoot independently.
  • Experience creating scalable systems (inventory, logistics, playbooks) from the ground up.
  • Proven track record of managing multiple complex projects simultaneously.
  • Capable of managing budgets, tradeoffs, and ROI.
  • Ability to travel for IRL events (valid passport required).
  • Experimental marketing experience with an attendee-centric design approach.
  • Cross-functional collaboration and the ability to flex based on project needs.

Responsibilities

  • Own a portfolio of mid-sized events aligned to demand generation and category priorities.
  • Evaluate and recommend events based on ROI, audience relevance, and competitive landscape.
  • Partner with Category Marketing, Creative, Sales, and Account management to define goals and messaging.
  • Lead end-to-end execution of tradeshows including booth design, fabrication, AV, and logistics.
  • Manage vendors, agencies, contracts, and delivery against brand standards.
  • Build and manage detailed Run of Show documentation and lead on-site execution.
  • Own and scale the Booth-in-a-Box logistics and inventory systems.
  • Build and manage budgets for mid-sized events and manage variances.
