Requirements
- Experience in a tech or high-growth startup environment
- Proven success supporting one or more VP or C-level executives
- Hands-on program or project management experience
- High sense of urgency and ability to operate in ambiguous environments
- Experience managing internal communications, executive off-sites, and executive reviews
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
- Experience working remotely and/or internationally
- Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and in-person)
- Competency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Calendar)
- Proactive approach to leveraging AI and automation tools
- BA/BS degree preferred; PMP or equivalent certification is a plus
Responsibilities
- Maintain a busy calendar and daily schedule for the SVP, fielding and prioritizing requests
- Coordinate extensive domestic and international travel
- Triage, organize, and draft responses to emails
- Manage expenses in a proactive manner
- Document meeting discussions and distribute action items
- Own the operational cadence of the Global Customer Solutions org, tracking active programs
- Maintain a centralized program tracker across strategic workstreams
- Drive accountability across cross-functional programs by coordinating with team leads
- Help prepare materials for leadership reviews, all-hands meetings, and executive briefings
- Proactively identify tasks and workflows to automate through AI tools
