Requirements

  • Experience in a tech or high-growth startup environment
  • Proven success supporting one or more VP or C-level executives
  • Hands-on program or project management experience
  • High sense of urgency and ability to operate in ambiguous environments
  • Experience managing internal communications, executive off-sites, and executive reviews
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
  • Experience working remotely and/or internationally
  • Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and in-person)
  • Competency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Calendar)
  • Proactive approach to leveraging AI and automation tools
  • BA/BS degree preferred; PMP or equivalent certification is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Maintain a busy calendar and daily schedule for the SVP, fielding and prioritizing requests
  • Coordinate extensive domestic and international travel
  • Triage, organize, and draft responses to emails
  • Manage expenses in a proactive manner
  • Document meeting discussions and distribute action items
  • Own the operational cadence of the Global Customer Solutions org, tracking active programs
  • Maintain a centralized program tracker across strategic workstreams
  • Drive accountability across cross-functional programs by coordinating with team leads
  • Help prepare materials for leadership reviews, all-hands meetings, and executive briefings
  • Proactively identify tasks and workflows to automate through AI tools
