Requirements

  • 2+ years of paid media or digital marketing experience, preferably in an agency environment
  • Hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns
  • Experience with Microsoft Ads is a plus
  • Strong understanding of paid search fundamentals including keywords, bidding strategies, and account structure
  • Experience analyzing performance using Google Analytics or GA4
  • Experience using AI tools to support ad copy creation, analysis, or workflow efficiency
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills across multiple accounts
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into clear insights
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail with proactive issue identification

Responsibilities

  • Support client accounts with an owner’s mindset across all paid search work
  • Maintain high standards for communication, responsiveness, and follow-through
  • Build, manage, and optimize paid search campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads
  • Execute keyword research, ad copy testing, bid adjustments, and audience targeting
  • Monitor performance daily to identify issues and optimization opportunities
  • Analyze campaign performance to generate clear insights and recommendations
  • Support budget pacing, forecasting, and efficiency improvements
  • Assist in preparing performance reports and client-ready insights
  • Participate in client meetings and support follow-up action items
