Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Respiratory Care, Biological Sciences, or related field.
  • RPSGT (Registered Polysomnographic Technologist) credential.
  • Minimum 3 years of clinical support, clinical education, or customer-facing experience.
  • Experience within medical devices, diagnostics, or sleep medicine.
  • Strong organizational, prioritization, and time-management skills.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and execute product evaluations, demonstrations, and customer onboarding.
  • Serve as the primary clinical resource for customers during implementation and training.
  • Partner with Sales leadership to support strategic account development.
  • Deliver clinical education to physicians, technologists, and clinicians.
  • Identify workflow challenges and collaborate to develop solutions.
  • Conduct outbound customer engagement and follow-up activities.
  • Maintain expertise in sleep medicine and competitive technologies.
  • Assist with business reviews and customer performance assessments.
  • Maintain documentation in CRM and internal systems.
