Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Respiratory Care, Biological Sciences, or related field.
- RPSGT (Registered Polysomnographic Technologist) credential.
- Minimum 3 years of clinical support, clinical education, or customer-facing experience.
- Experience within medical devices, diagnostics, or sleep medicine.
- Strong organizational, prioritization, and time-management skills.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
- Ability to work independently.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and execute product evaluations, demonstrations, and customer onboarding.
- Serve as the primary clinical resource for customers during implementation and training.
- Partner with Sales leadership to support strategic account development.
- Deliver clinical education to physicians, technologists, and clinicians.
- Identify workflow challenges and collaborate to develop solutions.
- Conduct outbound customer engagement and follow-up activities.
- Maintain expertise in sleep medicine and competitive technologies.
- Assist with business reviews and customer performance assessments.
- Maintain documentation in CRM and internal systems.
