Requirements
- Master’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited program
- Active and unrestricted Massachusetts LICSW license
- Previous experience providing therapy, counseling, or clinical social work services
- Comfortable delivering care through telehealth platforms
- Strong assessment, documentation, and treatment planning skills
- Ability to work independently while maintaining professional clinical standards
- Reliable internet connection and a private workspace for remote sessions
Responsibilities
- Provide individual therapy sessions through a secure telehealth platform
- Complete intake assessments and gather relevant clinical history
- Create treatment plans based on each client’s goals, symptoms, and needs
- Use evidence-based therapy approaches to support clients with anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, adjustment issues, and related concerns
- Monitor client progress and adjust care plans when clinically appropriate
- Maintain timely, accurate, and professional clinical documentation
- Identify safety concerns and follow proper crisis response procedures when needed
- Communicate clearly with clients regarding goals, expectations, and next steps in care
- Follow Massachusetts licensing standards, HIPAA requirements, and ethical clinical practices
