Requirements
- 10+ years of related professional experience.
- 3+ years of experience focused in marketing analytics.
- 3+ years of experience managing and developing high-performing teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Data Science, or related technical field.
- Deep expertise in digital marketing metrics (CAC, LTV, attribution models, incrementality, funnel optimization).
- Experience working with paid marketing channels (Google, Meta, programmatic, affiliates).
- Advanced proficiency with modern data stacks (dbt, Airflow, SQL).
- Experience with data visualization tools (Looker, Tableau, Hex).
- Strong experience working directly on A/B testing, deployment, and results interpretation.
- Experience setting up Multi-Touch Attribution solutions.
- Experience building processes around data standardization and reporting.
Responsibilities
- Lead the strategy, execution, and evolution of marketing analytics.
- Partner with Marketing, Finance, and Product teams to drive acquisition and retention strategies.
- Define marketing performance measurement, spend allocation, and growth strategies.
- Lead and develop a team of data scientists.
- Translate business questions into research and discovery plans.
- Perform data exploration to identify critical insights.
- Design and scale A/B testing frameworks.
- Communicate data results to executive-level stakeholders.
