Requirements
- Verifiable P&L ownership confirmed by third-party source.
- Operated across GTM (marketing/sales/CS), Ops/Finance, and People domains.
- Built operating infrastructure from scratch with documented outputs.
- Experience making hard personnel decisions including exits and restructures.
- In-house operating experience (not exclusively consulting/advisory).
- DC DISC temperament (high Dominance and Conscientiousness).
- Managed teams of 30+ people with VP/Director direct reports.
- High agency and urgency.
Responsibilities
- P&L Ownership: Full ownership across business units; set targets and drive outcomes.
- Operating System: Build accountability infrastructure from scratch, including KPIs and process automation.
- Team Performance: Directly manage department heads and senior operators.
- GTM Execution: Partner with leadership on pipeline, conversion, and revenue operations.
- Hiring & People Ops: Partner with People & Talent to define profiles and set performance standards.
- Founder Leverage: Act as the connective tissue between strategy and execution to free founders for vision and growth.
