- Differentiates instruction based on student level of mastery
- Maintains grade book and alerts administrators to concerns about student performance
- Prepares students for high stakes standardized tests
- Supports learning coaches/parents with curricular and instructional issues
- Collaborates regularly with the school and national professional learning community
- Serves as an Advisor for Career & Technical Student Organization
- Supports creation of business and industry partnerships for work-based learning
