Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Interactive Media, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in front-end development or UI/UX design.
- Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript.
- Experience with at least one modern framework (React, Angular, or Vue).
- Experience using design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
- Knowledge of RESTful APIs, JSON integration, and data-driven UI components.
- Familiarity with front-end performance optimization and accessibility testing tools.
- Experience creating accessible, responsive, and modular front-end components.
- Active Secret clearance.
Responsibilities
- Translate user and business requirements into modern, responsive user interfaces using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern frameworks.
- Implement user-centered design (UCD) and human-centered design (HCD) principles.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop journey maps, wireframes, and prototypes.
- Ensure front-end components conform to Section 508 and WCAG 2.x accessibility standards.
- Develop and maintain cross-browser and cross-platform compatibility.
- Conduct UI/UX performance testing and benchmarking.
- Collaborate with backend developers, data engineers, and architects.
- Implement data compression, caching, and image optimization techniques.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies.
- Maintain version control discipline.
