Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Operations Management, Information Systems, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification required; Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt strongly preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in process improvement, operational excellence, or transformation roles.
  • Strong expertise in value stream mapping, process optimization, and end-to-end workflow analysis.
  • Proven experience in both business operations and IT process improvement environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to design and implement performance metrics, KPIs, and quality control systems.
  • Experience leading enterprise-level root cause analysis and driving corrective action plans.
  • Strong program and project management skills, including handling multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Certifications such as PMP or Prosci Change Management are highly valued.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in complex, matrixed organizations.
  • Self-directed, results-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and drive change with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

  • Lead enterprise-wide process improvement initiatives across business operations and IT delivery functions, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and measurable outcomes.
  • Analyze end-to-end value streams to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and opportunities for optimization using Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor performance metrics, KPIs, and quality controls to sustain operational improvements.
  • Facilitate root cause analysis sessions and drive structured problem-solving to resolve complex operational challenges.
  • Manage multiple concurrent improvement projects, ensuring timely execution, stakeholder alignment, and delivery of expected benefits.
  • Influence cross-functional and matrixed stakeholders, promoting accountability and adoption of process improvements.
  • Drive continuous improvement culture by embedding scalable frameworks and sustainable operational excellence practices.
