- 7+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS sales / strategic new business
- Proven track record of closing complex, high-value deals across Europe
- Expertise in consultative, value-based selling
- Technical acumen in platform and integration-heavy environments
- Experience working with Solution Architects
- High ownership and ability to create clarity in build-mode environments
- Strong internal collaboration skills
- Europe-based with willingness to travel
Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle enterprise new logo sales across Europe
- Develop and execute strategic account plans
- Lead complex, consultative enterprise sales cycles
- Create compelling executive narratives and business cases
- Collaborate with the Solution Architecture team
- Act as executive sponsor through the roll-out phase
- Build a network across hospitality leaders and ecosystem partners
- Feed market insights back into GTM and product direction
