Requirements

  • Strong understanding of go-to-market teams including marketing, sales, and customer success.
  • Proficiency in HubSpot CRM and its various hubs.
  • Experience in technical discovery, scoping, and translating business vision into SOWs.
  • Strong analytical thinking skills with the ability to interpret data quantitatively and qualitatively.
  • Ability to manage relationships with referral partners and HubSpot stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in G Suite, Slack, and PandaDoc.
  • Experience in pre-sales initiatives and project delivery standards.
  • Strong emotional intelligence and integrity.

Responsibilities

  • Drive business development by maintaining relationships with HubSpot reps, referral partners, and strategic contacts.
  • Conduct initial qualification and full-cycle sales processes for inbound and generated leads.
  • Perform technical discovery and scoping using internal calculators to create clear Statements of Work (SOW).
  • Manage deal documentation and CRM updates daily to ensure accurate pipeline reporting.
  • Write, send, and negotiate contracts through to signature.
  • Facilitate delivery handoff by briefing the engagement team and attending client kickoff meetings.
  • Identify and qualify upsell opportunities during the kickoff phase.
  • Attend conferences and events as needed to support business development.
