Requirements

  • Strong customer service experience in a professional environment.
  • Experience supporting business operations, administration, or project coordination.
  • Strong working knowledge of Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets).
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Strong phone communication and customer-facing experience.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Typing speed of at least 60 WPM.
  • Reliable internet connection and professional remote workspace.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Director of Property Management with scheduling, task tracking, and administrative coordination.
  • Manage daily operations of self-storage facilities using Easy Storage Solutions.
  • Handle customer inquiries, reservations, rentals, move-ins/move-outs, and payments.
  • Create and maintain SOPs, workflows, checklists, and process documentation.
  • Track project milestones and ensure tasks remain on track.
  • Communicate professionally with tenants, owners, and vendors.
  • Monitor delinquency, occupancy, and prepare operational reports.
  • Assist with administrative updates in AppFolio.
