Requirements
- Strong customer service experience in a professional environment.
- Experience supporting business operations, administration, or project coordination.
- Strong working knowledge of Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets).
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Strong phone communication and customer-facing experience.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and priorities simultaneously.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Typing speed of at least 60 WPM.
- Reliable internet connection and professional remote workspace.
Responsibilities
- Support the Director of Property Management with scheduling, task tracking, and administrative coordination.
- Manage daily operations of self-storage facilities using Easy Storage Solutions.
- Handle customer inquiries, reservations, rentals, move-ins/move-outs, and payments.
- Create and maintain SOPs, workflows, checklists, and process documentation.
- Track project milestones and ensure tasks remain on track.
- Communicate professionally with tenants, owners, and vendors.
- Monitor delinquency, occupancy, and prepare operational reports.
- Assist with administrative updates in AppFolio.
