Requirements
- MD or DO degree from an accredited institution
- Active ABIM board certification in Endocrinology
- Proven ability to function as an autonomous provider
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to build trust in a virtual setting
- Technical proficiency in EMR systems, Gmail, Google Calendar, Zoom, and scheduling tools
- Active, unrestricted, and unencumbered professional license in at least one U.S. state
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop personalized treatment plans via video visits
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team to deliver high standards of care
- Complete required training and uphold clinical policies and standards
- Educate patients on preventative care using evidence-based strategies
- Maintain accurate patient records and complete charting in a timely manner
- Respond to patient questions and administrative tasks
- Dedicate a minimum of 10 patient-facing hours per week
