Responsibilities

  • Lead and inspire a team of quota-carrying Account Executives to manage full sales cycles and robust pipelines.
  • Provide strategic support for escalations and participate in complex negotiations.
  • Drive strategic growth and brand presence within the EMEA region.
  • Hire, motivate, coach, and develop team members to maximize productivity.
  • Deliver accurate forecasting, activity reports, and opportunity management updates.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams to drive alignment.
  • Meet or exceed team revenue, conversion, and enterprise growth targets.
  • Analyze performance reports to identify trends and implement improvement strategies.
