- B.A. or B.S. degree or equivalent experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire a team of quota-carrying Account Executives to manage full sales cycles and robust pipelines.
- Provide strategic support for escalations and participate in complex negotiations.
- Drive strategic growth and brand presence within the EMEA region.
- Hire, motivate, coach, and develop team members to maximize productivity.
- Deliver accurate forecasting, activity reports, and opportunity management updates.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams to drive alignment.
- Meet or exceed team revenue, conversion, and enterprise growth targets.
- Analyze performance reports to identify trends and implement improvement strategies.
