  • 5+ years of full-cycle sales experience.
  • Consistent track record of achieving or exceeding new business quotas.
  • 2+ years of success selling to Federal Government agencies, including defense and intelligence.
  • Experience collaborating with systems integrators, resellers, distributors, and partners.
  • Deep understanding of government contracting processes and regulatory compliance.
  • Ability to identify and engage key decision-makers.
  • Experience working both independently and in high-performing teams.
  • Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills tailored to diverse stakeholder audiences.

Responsibilities

  • Lead sales efforts for the U.S. Department of Defense and Federal Intelligence Community.
  • Expand National Security territory presence.
  • Prospect new opportunities and manage full sales cycles.
  • Exceed quotas through strategic prospecting and pipeline forecasting.
  • Partner with customer success on cross-selling and upsell opportunities.
  • Define, implement, and operate government-oriented sales programs.
  • Map addressable market and execute sales strategies with the Head of Sales.
  • Create high-value content showcasing platform use cases.
  • Mentor team members and provide guidance based on experience.
