Requirements
- 8–12+ years of experience in technical partner management, partner solutions architecture, or alliances engineering.
- Strong technical literacy across infrastructure, including server/networking hardware, GPUs, virtualization, containers, Kubernetes, Linux, and AI/ML inference.
- Proven ability to design and stand-up scalable processes.
- Excellent communication skills for translating technical complexity for both engineering and executive audiences.
- Experience driving joint reference architectures or technical certifications with major ecosystem partners (e.g., NVIDIA, Dell, AWS, GCP).
- Strong written communication for technical documentation and executive memos.
- Willingness to travel 25–40% to partner sites and industry events.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact for a portfolio of strategic partners spanning hardware OEMs, silicon vendors, hyperscalers, and ISVs.
- Act as Armada's technical voice with partner engineering and product organizations; act as the partner's technical voice inside Armada.
- Build trusted relationships with partner CTOs, chief architects, solution architects, and alliance leaders.
- Lead the design of joint reference architectures, integrations, and co-engineered solutions that combine Armada's edge platform with partner hardware, software, and cloud services.
- Run hands-on technical validation (PoCs, bake-offs, interop testing) and translate results into clear, decision-ready narratives.
- Design the operating system for technical partnerships at Armada, including intake, qualification, and architecture reviews.
- Stand up repeatable enablement, including partner technical training, certification paths, and architecture guides.
- Instrument the program with metrics such as integration velocity, pipeline sourced, and partner NPS.
- Shape commercial contours of partnerships, including joint GTM and solution SKUs.
- Negotiate technical terms in partnership agreements, including integration scope and roadmap commitments.
