Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field; MBA preferred.
  • PMP certification.
  • 5+ years of experience in project management within a rapidly scaling healthcare or RCM business.
  • Strong knowledge of operational systems and processes in the healthcare/RCM industry.
  • Experience with post-acquisition operational integration processes and technology alignment.
  • Ability to manage complex projects with tight timelines and multiple stakeholders.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook) and Zoom.
  • Proven ability to influence across the business and handle high-pressure situations.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with executive leadership to identify process improvement opportunities and define project goals.
  • Manage strategic business transformation projects focused on RCM operations, technology, and client outcomes.
  • Oversee end-to-end project lifecycles including scoping, resource allocation, and risk management.
  • Drive initiatives related to automation, system integrations, and process re-engineering.
  • Serve as a change agent and manage communications with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Develop detailed project plans and report on milestones, deliverables, and roadblocks.
  • Conduct impact assessments and develop risk mitigation strategies.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of implemented solutions for ongoing enhancements.
