Requirements
- Completed an accredited FNP program.
- National FNP certification.
- Currently licensed in NY.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an Advanced Practitioner in outpatient primary care, urgent care, or emergency medicine.
- Experience seeing patients of all ages (0+).
- Ability to work afternoons and evenings.
- Excellent clinical and communication skills.
- Ability to follow established clinical protocols and workflows.
- Proficiency in evidence-based primary care.
- Comfort using technology to deliver care.
Responsibilities
- Treat patients via tele-health visits including telephonic triage calls, video visit appointments, and email follow-ups.
- Participate in continuous learning during weekly Clinical Rounds.
- Collaborate with both virtual and in-office teammates via daily huddles.
- Utilize clinical training to provide exceptional virtual care.
- Support 2 of 4 company observed holidays (Thanksgiving, day after Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years Day).
