Requirements
- Degree in Engineering or graduation from a recognized Technical Institute as a Technologist.
- Background in Bus and Coach operations and/or maintenance.
- Familiarity with telematics systems.
- Understanding of Bus and Coach electrical architecture and communication networks.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Demonstrated commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Ability to manage projects and work independently.
Responsibilities
- Acquire and maintain an expert command of NFI Connect system capabilities.
- Manage troubleshooting efforts and system improvements.
- Collaborate on setting up and executing improvement projects.
- Develop and maintain Smart Bus hardware and software procedures.
- Implement and create standard processes.
- Provide technical support to the production line, internal and external customers.
- Support production, quality assurance, and customer service departments.
