Requirements
- Experience in high-velocity software development organizations
- Hands-on experience designing and operating cloud services at scale (GCP preferred)
- Experience deploying and operating edge compute functions
- Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform
- Solid understanding of database performance and scaling patterns
- Familiarity with workflow orchestration or job queue systems like Prefect, Airflow, Temporal, or Inngest
- Strong foundation in building observable systems (logging, tracing, metrics, alerting)
- Comfortable writing production-quality Python code
Responsibilities
- Design and build cloud infrastructure systems
- Develop and manage developer tooling
- Ensure observability and reliability of critical systems
- Operate edge compute functions
- Manage database performance and scaling
- Design and maintain reliable async pipelines using job queue systems
