Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience with a proven track record
- Experience with inbound and/or outbound sales calls, preferably in a call center
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in a Windows environment
- Keen attention to detail
- Ability to acquire a resident US state Life and Health license
- Ability to reside in the US state where licensed
Responsibilities
- Provide customers with valuable, in-depth, and personalized term and permanent life insurance information
- Handle inquiries and sales right over the phone
- Conduct suitability analyses to match customers with appropriate life insurance products
- Establish rapport with clients and effectively address objections
- Achieve monthly production goals
- Articulate company value proposition using a consultative approach
- Build product knowledge to ensure success in a fast-paced environment
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
