Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience recruiting technical professionals.
  • 5+ years of experience recruiting professionals for specialized / complex Architecture projects (Mission Critical / Data Centers, Ports & Maritime, Healthcare, Aviation, etc).
  • Experience in a technical sourcing, recruiting, or talent acquisition role.
  • Working knowledge of and experience with relevant employment legislation and employment trends.
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Suite products and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Ability to source, engage and attract high demand candidates.
  • Proven ability to evaluate and manipulate recruiting tools and strategies.
  • Experience with recruiting globally.
  • Prior experience recruiting in the Architecture, Engineering, Geospatial (AEG) industry is desired.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Manage full cycle recruiting responsibilities to identify, engage, and secure the best and brightest talent in Architecture / Buildings.
  • Deliver a high-quality experience for our hiring managers and candidates by facilitating best-in-class sourcing, interview and selection, and onboarding processes.
  • Execute customized recruitment strategies that will support our growth.
  • Conduct Kick-Off sessions with Hiring Managers efficiently.
  • Document and maintain comprehensive notes in our Application Tracking System.
  • Collaborate with other Talent Acquisition team members.
  • Build excellent relationships with Hiring Leaders.
  • Conduct candidate interviews, schedule and coordinate interviews, compose and create offer letters.
  • Negotiate offers with candidates and provide feedback to both HR and Hiring Leaders.
  • Present qualified diversity candidates on open roles.
