Requirements
- 10+ years of experience recruiting technical professionals.
- 5+ years of experience recruiting professionals for specialized / complex Architecture projects (Mission Critical / Data Centers, Ports & Maritime, Healthcare, Aviation, etc).
- Experience in a technical sourcing, recruiting, or talent acquisition role.
- Working knowledge of and experience with relevant employment legislation and employment trends.
- Proficient use of Microsoft Suite products and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Ability to source, engage and attract high demand candidates.
- Proven ability to evaluate and manipulate recruiting tools and strategies.
- Experience with recruiting globally.
- Prior experience recruiting in the Architecture, Engineering, Geospatial (AEG) industry is desired.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Manage full cycle recruiting responsibilities to identify, engage, and secure the best and brightest talent in Architecture / Buildings.
- Deliver a high-quality experience for our hiring managers and candidates by facilitating best-in-class sourcing, interview and selection, and onboarding processes.
- Execute customized recruitment strategies that will support our growth.
- Conduct Kick-Off sessions with Hiring Managers efficiently.
- Document and maintain comprehensive notes in our Application Tracking System.
- Collaborate with other Talent Acquisition team members.
- Build excellent relationships with Hiring Leaders.
- Conduct candidate interviews, schedule and coordinate interviews, compose and create offer letters.
- Negotiate offers with candidates and provide feedback to both HR and Hiring Leaders.
- Present qualified diversity candidates on open roles.
