Requirements
- 10+ years implementing OneStream or similar EPM/CPM tools.
- Experience in professional services, public accounting, advisory, or management consulting.
- Expertise in OneStream AR and TXM solutions.
- Hands-on experience migrating clients from standalone reconciliation tools to OneStream.
- Knowledge of financial close and consolidation processes.
- Experience with analytical and modeling tools.
- Demonstrated ability to use AI tools for productivity.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or similar.
- OneStream Certified Architect or actively working toward certification.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end OneStream AR and TXM implementations.
- Design and configure matching logic for complex use cases.
- Strengthen financial controls and implement risk-based reporting frameworks.
- Drive period-end close acceleration and broader CPM/EPM improvements.
- Manage projects and identify/resolve risks and issues.
- Lead and mentor cross-functional project teams.
- Drive business development, scoping sessions, and proposals.
- Contribute to practice-building and thought leadership efforts.
- Develop and implement firm-approved, AI-enabled solutions.
