Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in solution architecture, consulting, or pre-sales engineering
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Databricks
- Background in big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop, Kafka) or data warehousing/ETL systems
- Experience with data science and ML frameworks (Python, pandas, scikit-learn)
- Strong SQL skills and knowledge of data modeling
- Proficiency in Python, Scala, Java, or R
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Strong communication, documentation, and client-facing presentation skills
Responsibilities
- Design and own end-to-end solution architecture based on Databricks Lakehouse
- Define architectural blueprints, data pipeline designs, documentation, and effort estimates
- Act as a pre-sales technical advisor
- Build and demonstrate proof-of-concept and demo applications
- Work with data scientists and ML engineers to support AI and GenAI solution development
- Conduct technical reviews and optimize code performance
- Identify and mitigate technical risks
- Mentor internal teams and contribute to practice development
