- At least 3 years working with Enterprise accounts
- Experience managing 6-9 month enterprise sales cycles
- Familiarity with structured sales methodologies (e.g., Value Selling, MEDD(P)ICC)
- Ability to navigate complex multi-stakeholder environments (C-level, Product, Data, Marketing, Engineering)
- Strong prospecting and business development skills
Responsibilities
- Build and own your DACH enterprise territory strategy
- Drive new business in a largely under-penetrated market
- Run complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
- Sell strategically and predictably using structured methodologies
- Orchestrate the broader Amplitude team including SEs, CS, and Marketing
- Act as a visible market builder for Amplitude in DACH
- Lead by example and help shape the future team
- Exceed quota and build the business
