Requirements
- Strong full-stack engineering skills (Ruby on Rails & React)
- Proven ability to deliver features end-to-end with high ownership
- Pragmatic mindset with a strong balance of speed and quality
- Experience with modern AI tools (e.g. Cursor, Codex, Claude Code)
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work with ambiguity
- Product mindset with a focus on user value
- Fluent in English
Responsibilities
- Build and ship end-to-end features across backend (Ruby on Rails) and frontend (React)
- Design and implement AI-driven product capabilities (e.g. agentic workflows, AI-assisted features)
- Work close to the customer, investigating and resolving user issues first hand
- Take ownership of features from idea to production and iteration
- Improve system architecture, scalability, and maintainability
- Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and GTM to solve real logistics problems
- Contribute to technical decisions and roadmap planning
- Support and unblock other engineers
