Requirements

  • 5–8 years of finance and accounting experience.
  • 3–4 years in full-cycle accounting.
  • Chartered Accountant (CA), CPA, ACCA, or MBA Finance qualification.
  • Big 4 or large multinational background.
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks Online or Desktop.
  • Experience in SaaS or technology companies.
  • Experience with multi-entity and multi-currency consolidations.
  • US tax compliance experience (1099s, sales & use tax).
  • UK VAT filing and reconciliation experience.
  • SQL proficiency for financial data extraction.
  • Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills.
  • Familiarity with automation tools (Zapier, Make, Python).

Responsibilities

  • Own full-cycle accounting for all Termgrid legal entities.
  • Execute month-end and year-end close including reconciliations.
  • Manage multi-entity consolidations for US and UK entities.
  • Manage AP workflow and internal expense reimbursements.
  • Support US tax compliance and UK VAT filings.
  • Implement automation using tools like Zapier, Make, or scripting.
  • Build financial dashboards and reports using SQL and BI tools.
  • Track and report on SaaS-specific metrics like MRR/ARR.
