Requirements
- 5–8 years of finance and accounting experience.
- 3–4 years in full-cycle accounting.
- Chartered Accountant (CA), CPA, ACCA, or MBA Finance qualification.
- Big 4 or large multinational background.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online or Desktop.
- Experience in SaaS or technology companies.
- Experience with multi-entity and multi-currency consolidations.
- US tax compliance experience (1099s, sales & use tax).
- UK VAT filing and reconciliation experience.
- SQL proficiency for financial data extraction.
- Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills.
- Familiarity with automation tools (Zapier, Make, Python).
Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle accounting for all Termgrid legal entities.
- Execute month-end and year-end close including reconciliations.
- Manage multi-entity consolidations for US and UK entities.
- Manage AP workflow and internal expense reimbursements.
- Support US tax compliance and UK VAT filings.
- Implement automation using tools like Zapier, Make, or scripting.
- Build financial dashboards and reports using SQL and BI tools.
- Track and report on SaaS-specific metrics like MRR/ARR.
