Requirements
- 2–5 years of backend development experience using Java and Spring Boot.
- Strong understanding of microservices architecture and REST API design principles.
- Proficiency in MySQL (schema design, complex queries, indexing, performance optimization).
- Experience with event-driven systems and message brokers (Kafka or similar).
- Familiarity with caching strategies (Redis, Memcached) and scalable system design.
- Solid foundation in object-oriented programming, design patterns, and clean code principles.
- Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud deployments (AWS or GCP).
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to own features end-to-end.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and own microservice-based backend applications using Java and Spring Boot.
- Build APIs and platforms that serve multiple financial workflows and transaction types.
- Implement event-driven architectures for systems like deal lifecycle management.
- Integrate intelligent capabilities such as automated term sheet parsing and deal analytics.
- Collaborate with product, frontend, DevOps, and data teams.
- Design efficient database schemas (MySQL) and maintain consistency.
- Monitor, optimize, and scale backend services for performance and reliability.
