Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in customer service.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong multitasking and attention to detail.
- Drive to solve problems and meet goals.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools.
- Comfortable performing manual calculations.
- Ability to work with multiple systems simultaneously.
- Hardwired internet access (min 2 Mbps upload/10 Mbps download).
- Smartphone (iOS or Android, 4 years old or newer) for company app usage.
Responsibilities
- Handle maintenance, collection, and liquidation activities for assigned account portfolios.
- Manage and resolve diverse customer inquiries regarding payment history and account statuses.
- Review customer contracts including voluntary surrender and Principal and Interest breakdowns.
- Advise customers on account status, title information, and optional products.
- Assist customers with payment extensions and deferrals.
- Take payments and analyze account history to recommend appropriate solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and issue resolutions.
- Perform manual calculations and manage multiple systems simultaneously.
