Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience in customer service.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong multitasking and attention to detail.
  • Drive to solve problems and meet goals.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools.
  • Comfortable performing manual calculations.
  • Ability to work with multiple systems simultaneously.
  • Hardwired internet access (min 2 Mbps upload/10 Mbps download).
  • Smartphone (iOS or Android, 4 years old or newer) for company app usage.

Responsibilities

  • Handle maintenance, collection, and liquidation activities for assigned account portfolios.
  • Manage and resolve diverse customer inquiries regarding payment history and account statuses.
  • Review customer contracts including voluntary surrender and Principal and Interest breakdowns.
  • Advise customers on account status, title information, and optional products.
  • Assist customers with payment extensions and deferrals.
  • Take payments and analyze account history to recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and issue resolutions.
  • Perform manual calculations and manage multiple systems simultaneously.
