Requirements
- 7+ years of engineering experience with depth across frontend, backend, and infrastructure.
- Strong in Python, Go, and React/Next.js with experience shipping production code in all three.
- AI-native background with daily experience building with LLMs and agents.
- Systems thinking ability to design APIs, data models, and distributed architectures.
- Strong product sense and ability to understand user needs.
- Design sensibility to iterate on UX without dependency on a dedicated designer.
- Extreme ownership and speed with a default to action.
- Technical leadership experience, including mentorship and setting team standards.
Responsibilities
- Build across the entire stack using React/Next.js frontends, Go and Python services, AI/LLM pipelines, and infrastructure.
- Own product surfaces end-to-end, taking problems from design through architecture to shipped, working software.
- Build and ship AI agents, including designing agent architectures, prompt systems, tool-use patterns, and evaluation frameworks.
- Make infrastructure decisions regarding deployment, observability, sandboxing, and scaling.
- Bring product and design sense, proposing improvements and pushing back on specs.
- Mentor engineers, set technical standards, review code with rigor, and make the team faster and sharper.
