Requirements
- 7–10+ years of software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in TypeScript.
- Solid experience with full-stack development.
- Frontend: React, Redux, TypeScript, CSS.
- Backend: Node.js, Express, Python (Django).
- Database: PostgreSQL.
- Tooling/DevOps: Docker, AWS, CloudWatch, GitLab.
- Testing: Jest, Enzyme, Unitest.
- Prior experience working remotely in high-performing teams.
- Comfort working with a high code-quality bar.
- Self-starter who thrives with autonomy and minimal supervision.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement new product features across the stack (frontend + backend).
- Collaborate closely with other senior engineers, product managers, and leadership.
- Participate in a rigorous code review process that prioritizes quality and maintainability.
- Own initiatives from idea to production in a remote-first, async-friendly setup.
