Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 10+ years of commercial sales experience in a chemical-related industry.
- Experience managing strategic and global accounts.
- Proven project management skills.
- Strong presentation skills, including support for New Product Introductions (NPI).
- Strong analytical and lateral-thinking abilities.
- Effective decision-making and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
- Proficiency in MS Office and experience with ERP systems or Salesforce.
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for strategy and sales growth for RMS Urethane Additives business in North America region.
- Deliver on all sales targets, profitable growth, and new customer closes.
- Drive new business development in North America region.
- Manage North American Urethane Additive RMS direct accounts and authorized distributor sales activities.
- Work with Marketing and R&D teams to support technical customer needs.
- Manage performance metrics including forecasting, revenue, and new product introductions.
- Prepare and present sales reports and account plans using SAP, Arkieva, and SFA.
