Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 10+ years of commercial sales experience in a chemical-related industry.
  • Experience managing strategic and global accounts.
  • Proven project management skills.
  • Strong presentation skills, including support for New Product Introductions (NPI).
  • Strong analytical and lateral-thinking abilities.
  • Effective decision-making and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and experience with ERP systems or Salesforce.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for strategy and sales growth for RMS Urethane Additives business in North America region.
  • Deliver on all sales targets, profitable growth, and new customer closes.
  • Drive new business development in North America region.
  • Manage North American Urethane Additive RMS direct accounts and authorized distributor sales activities.
  • Work with Marketing and R&D teams to support technical customer needs.
  • Manage performance metrics including forecasting, revenue, and new product introductions.
  • Prepare and present sales reports and account plans using SAP, Arkieva, and SFA.
