Responsibilities
- Own high-impact software across partner, merchant, and internal operations tools.
- Manage marketplace, fulfillment, billing, and support systems.
- Develop network operations software for simulation, real-time visibility, and intervention.
- Build enterprise systems for manufacturing, supply chain, inventory, and traceability.
- Identify ambiguous problems and design durable, scalable software systems.
- Drive software adoption and work closely with cross-functional users.
- Make technical and product decisions to scale Zipline's logistics network.
