Requirements
- Solid software engineering background.
- 2+ years experience building production LLM applications.
- Strong Python backend expertise.
- TypeScript proficiency.
- Familiarity with .NET/C# environments.
- Experience with FastAPI or Flask, Pandas, NumPy, and SQL.
- Production experience with RAG, structured information extraction, and agent-based workflows.
- Experience with Azure AI services (OpenAI, AI Foundry, AI Search) or equivalent cloud AI platforms (AWS Bedrock, Google Vertex AI).
- Experience with AI agent orchestration (Microsoft Copilot Studio, LangChain, LangGraph, OpenAI Agents SDK).
- Experience with AI evaluation frameworks and human-in-the-loop validation.
- Experience with Docker and containerization.
- Advanced English language proficiency.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and delivery of enterprise AI solutions.
- Develop and maintain efficient, reliable, and scalable software solutions.
- Drive architecture and technical decisions in client-facing environments.
- Implement and govern AI agents and RAG pipelines.
- Manage AI evaluation frameworks including hallucination control and prompt regression.
- Deploy containerized applications using Docker.
- Integrate backend services with cloud and enterprise operational systems.
