Requirements
- High degree of technical ability within the UKG Ready platform
- 3 - 5 years of Payroll Service Bureau Experience
- Expert level knowledge in Payroll, Tax, Garnishments, 401K, and Health Benefits
- Familiarity with TLM Pay Calc 2.0
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Documented Excel skills including functions, formulas, pivot tables, and V-lookups
- Strong facilitation, analytical, and critical thinking skills
Responsibilities
- Deliver high quality payroll, technical support, and training to POA clients
- Maintain a book of key accounts utilizing the UKG Ready platform
- Input and process payroll data accurately and timely
- Conduct client trainings
- Identify and act on sales opportunities
- Maintain data integrity
- Attend client hand-off meetings with the Implementation Team
- Act as back-up for teammates as needed
