- Thorough knowledge of Accounting & Entity Management services and concepts.

Responsibilities
- Provide coaching to team members and maintain a positive work environment.
- Ensure team performs scope of work effectively and meets goals.
- Allocate resources effectively to meet objectives and deadlines.
- Deliver Accounting and Entity management contracted tasks.
- Manage procedures and process documentation at process, client, and country levels.
- Ensure client satisfaction across the portfolio.
- Collaborate with other managers to resolve client escalations.
- Maintain oversight of AEM Profit & Loss.
- Improve effectiveness of policies and procedures.
