Responsibilities
- Serve as primary point of contact for all client accounts
- Ensure campaign launches and deadlines are met
- Develop and maintain operational SOPs, workflows, and reporting
- Proactively identify and address potential client-facing issues
- Shield the execution team from interruptions
- Lead client calls and provide structured updates
- Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks to facilitate scaling
