Responsibilities

  • Serve as primary point of contact for all client accounts
  • Ensure campaign launches and deadlines are met
  • Develop and maintain operational SOPs, workflows, and reporting
  • Proactively identify and address potential client-facing issues
  • Shield the execution team from interruptions
  • Lead client calls and provide structured updates
  • Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks to facilitate scaling
