Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in strategic sales, logistics, or account management
- Proven track record of building and expanding enterprise-level client relationships
- Strong understanding of direct mail logistics, USPS regulations, or e-commerce fulfillment
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce)
- Ability to travel and work flexible hours as needed
Responsibilities
- Generate new business and manage customer relationships for Mail Innovations (MI) large accounts
- Meet and exceed established individual sales plans
- Maintain strategic partnership with UPS’s Small Package sales team
- Cultivate key internal and external relationships to achieve sales results
- Develop a deep understanding of clients' mailing operations and leverage UPS solutions
- Identify opportunities, execute business reviews, and collaborate cross-functionally
- Prepare custom proposals and lead solution presentations
- Maintain accurate CRM data and provide regular forecasting updates
