Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in strategic sales, logistics, or account management
  • Proven track record of building and expanding enterprise-level client relationships
  • Strong understanding of direct mail logistics, USPS regulations, or e-commerce fulfillment
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce)
  • Ability to travel and work flexible hours as needed

Responsibilities

  • Generate new business and manage customer relationships for Mail Innovations (MI) large accounts
  • Meet and exceed established individual sales plans
  • Maintain strategic partnership with UPS’s Small Package sales team
  • Cultivate key internal and external relationships to achieve sales results
  • Develop a deep understanding of clients' mailing operations and leverage UPS solutions
  • Identify opportunities, execute business reviews, and collaborate cross-functionally
  • Prepare custom proposals and lead solution presentations
  • Maintain accurate CRM data and provide regular forecasting updates
