Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in an order management, sales operations, or revenue operations role.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce (opportunity management, workflow automation, reporting).
- Familiarity with contract review and order processing in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Strong attention to detail for identifying data discrepancies.
- Ability to prioritize work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Proven ability to design, document, and improve business processes.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
- Experience with CPQ tools (Salesforce CPQ preferred).
- Comfort using or learning AI-supported tools.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote-first environment.
Responsibilities
- Review incoming contracts and orders for completeness, accuracy, and compliance.
- Validate required documentation and approvals prior to processing.
- Process orders in Salesforce, updating records and closing opportunities.
- Maintain data integrity across accounts, contacts, and opportunity records.
- Coordinate cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, and Legal to resolve discrepancies.
- Manage order queue and SLA targets to ensure throughput.
- Support month-end and quarter-end close processes.
- Design and document workflows and build automation via Salesforce flows and validation rules.
- Explore and implement AI or automation tools to streamline repetitive tasks.
