  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce (opportunity management, workflow automation, reporting).
  • Familiarity with contract review and order processing in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Strong attention to detail for identifying data discrepancies.
  • Ability to prioritize work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Proven ability to design, document, and improve business processes.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
  • Experience with CPQ tools (Salesforce CPQ preferred).
  • Comfort using or learning AI-supported tools.
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote-first environment.

Responsibilities

  • Review incoming contracts and orders for completeness, accuracy, and compliance.
  • Validate required documentation and approvals prior to processing.
  • Process orders in Salesforce, updating records and closing opportunities.
  • Maintain data integrity across accounts, contacts, and opportunity records.
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, and Legal to resolve discrepancies.
  • Manage order queue and SLA targets to ensure throughput.
  • Support month-end and quarter-end close processes.
  • Design and document workflows and build automation via Salesforce flows and validation rules.
  • Explore and implement AI or automation tools to streamline repetitive tasks.
