Requirements
- Managed at least 7 people simultaneously
- 5+ years leading others
- 3+ years in operations, project management, or executive support
- Proven experience building scorecards, KPI dashboards, or project trackers
- Managed at least 5 active projects/workstreams at once
- 2+ years working directly with a creator, coach, or founder
- Daily user of AI tools for workflow automation
- Familiarity with at least 3: social growth, LinkedIn, podcast ops, CRM, Skool, or event outreach
- Strong English speaking and writing skills
- Available for international travel 4 times per year
Responsibilities
- Build accountability charts, scorecards, and dashboards
- Hire, lead, and manage team members across various functions
- Drive AI automation strategy for internal workflows and reporting
- Manage weekly team meetings with direct accountability
- Execute on sales, content, and growth strategy
- Protect founder's time by managing administrative and operational burden
- Measure and improve performance metrics against 12-month company goals
